My wife and I and two dogs stayed in the deluxe room with terrace and were very pleased. The hotel is located near bars, restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor tub was wonderful. I will definetly go again as there are almost no hotels that are pet friendly of this quality and for the price. The only thing I would improve is the continental breakfast (only coffee and fruit) but the restaurant itself is lovely and a block away.

Hotel boutique, 12 rooms only, very accessible fees for any occasion, really good location to get to know a beautiful part of the city and great views and walks. Everything you could need is just a few blocks away. The guys working at the front desk are always willing to give a hand if necessary.
The only concern I had was that the A/C took a while to cool down the room
